These terms apply to all services we provide to guest houses, B&Bs and other accommodation businesses (“you”). By accepting a quote or paying an invoice, you agree to them.
2. Our services
We help accommodation businesses with their online presence: Google listings, direct-booking websites, Booking.com, Airbnb and tourism listings, guest reviews, booking systems, guest guides and messages, legal pages, WhatsApp assistants and email offers.
The exact work, price and timing for your business are set out in the quote we send you. If the quote and these terms differ, the quote applies.
3. Free audit
Our audit of your Google listing, website and booking pages is free and comes with no obligation to buy anything.
4. Set-up and monthly plans
- Set-up is a one-off fee for the work described in your quote.
- Basic and Pro are monthly plans that start once set-up is complete.
- Monthly plans run month to month. There is no minimum term.
- You can move between Basic and Pro from the start of your next monthly period.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are agreed in writing in your quote.
- Set-up is invoiced before work starts. Monthly plans are invoiced in advance at the start of each month.
- Invoices are due within 14 days.
- If an invoice is unpaid after 14 days, we may pause work until it is paid. We may also charge interest and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. What we need from you
- Access to your accounts (for example as a manager on your Google Business Profile, or a user on Booking.com and Airbnb). We never ask for your passwords.
- Accurate information about your property, rooms, prices and policies.
- Photos, logos and text you send us must be yours or you must have the right to use them.
- Replies to our questions within a reasonable time, so we can keep to the agreed timings.
7. Your accounts and content
Your Google listing, booking platform accounts, booking system, domain and guest data always stay yours. When you stop working with us, we remove our access on request and hand over any files we created for you.
Once the related invoices are paid, you own the website, text and images we create for you. We may show your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
8. Third-party platforms
Google, Booking.com, Airbnb, TripAdvisor, WhatsApp and other platforms set their own rules and can change them at any time. We work within those rules, but we do not control them.
We cannot guarantee search rankings, a set number of bookings, the outcome of a review or that a platform will approve a change, such as a name change.
9. Cancelling
- You can cancel a monthly plan by giving us 30 days’ notice by email or WhatsApp.
- If you cancel set-up after work has started, you pay for the work already done.
- We may end our services with 30 days’ notice, or straight away if invoices remain unpaid or these terms are seriously broken.
10. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost bookings, lost profits or indirect losses, or for problems caused by third-party platforms.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Data protection
When we handle your guests’ personal data for you (for example to send guest messages or email offers), we act as your data processor and follow your instructions. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
12. Changes and law
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date of your quote applies to that quote. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
