These Terms & Conditions apply to any purchase or download from NexuxCo, whether made through our Etsy shop, Amazon, or nexuxco.uk. By buying or downloading a product, you agree to the terms below.

1. What you're buying

NexuxCo sells digital products — printable trackers, planners, journals and books, delivered as instant downloads (PDF, or e-book files where applicable). No physical item is shipped.

2. Licence to use

When you purchase a product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to:

Print and use the product for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Make unlimited copies for your own personal use, forever.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, share, or upload the files (or copies of them) anywhere, for free or for payment.
Claim the designs, layouts or text as your own.
Use the product for commercial purposes (e.g. selling printed copies) unless a listing is explicitly marked as commercially licensed.

3. Health & wellbeing disclaimer

NexuxCo's trackers, diaries and planners are organisational tools only. They are not medical advice, a diagnostic tool, or a substitute for professional care. Always follow the guidance of a qualified doctor, therapist, or other clinician for any health decision. NexuxCo accepts no liability for decisions made based on information you record in these products.

4. Refunds & cancellations

Because all products are instant digital downloads, we're generally unable to offer refunds once a file has been delivered — in line with standard digital goods policy on Etsy and Amazon. If a file is faulty, corrupted, or doesn't match its listing, contact us and we'll put it right.

5. Intellectual property

All designs, layouts, illustrations and text are the intellectual property of NexuxCo / Lucian Gavanescu. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you — only the limited licence described in Section 2.

6. Limitation of liability

NexuxCo provides its products "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use (or inability to use) our products.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled under that jurisdiction.
